Set up headers & footers from the Header & Footer tab of your diagram's property page.
The property page shows a preview of the current header and footer. To change either one, click on the Edit Header or the Edit Footer button to open the editor.
The Header/Footer Editor shows a detailed layout. You can select objects, position them on the layout and specify their alignment and their font. As you add objects to your and move them about, the header/footer will automatically shrink or grow.
To add a new object to your layout click on the Add
button at the top left-hand corner of the editor.
To change the contents of an object, select the object and then use the drop-down list in the toolbar to choose from the available items (eg. Organization, Page #, Project Name, Diagram Name, etc.). If you want to enter some custom text, simply type it in.
